“The Social Hub Rome brings a modern, communal vibe to the city, appealing especially to younger travelers seeking connection. I noted the location near Roma Termini might feel less secure at night, despite its convenience. Still, features like the shared kitchen, pool, and on-site dining create social opportunities within a comfortable, stylish setting.”

The room featured a large, comfortable bed (I slept very well). The modern bathroom included two separate sinks. I found the restaurant team quite kind and helpful.
The bar prices seemed a bit expensive.

I was a bit let down by a couple of things . The pool was closed during my entire stay. It also meant the rooftop terrace was inaccessible.

impersonal check-in missed request
I found some aspects disappointing. The self check-in process felt impersonal (I prefer a human touch). I needed assistance multiple times, but reaching someone on the phone took several attempts. Our room received cleaning only once during our two-night stay, less than ideal.

mixed feelings about this stay
the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
I received drink vouchers, but i was charged 18 euros at the bar! this felt misleading. the hotel was not fully finished. the pool and gym were not ready. This was a big disappointment.

a satisfactory stay
high-end equipment organized process loud staff indifferent service
the hotel had complimentary refreshments near the front desk. the gym has very high end equipment. i found the check-in process simple and well-organized. representatives were available to assist if needed.
i stayed on the first floor, and a party occurred. pizzeria staff talked loudly until late at night. the employee at the front desk in the breakfast hall was arrogant and gave indifferent service.

The room was spacious and modern. I found the gym to be well equipped with various machines. The rooftop bar offered a relaxing atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. The breakfast had a great variety of choices (especially the fresh fruit!).
The check-in process was self-service, which lacked the personal touch I usually expect from a hotel.
